In last 5 years awareness and modernization in general business and e-commerce has increased a lot. For example in 5 years time a lot of companies with e-commerce solutions, like makemytrip, bookmyshow has shown 300% to 500% growth. Still in the restaurant and retail sector there are no major key players.
Recently he had started another firm named POSOrbis IT Solutions Pvt Ltd in Kolkata to cater to India market. He himself is launching mhungry.in in India to offer full services to Restaurant, Retail and Hotels.
In his life span he has designed and managed many enterprises level system, his core strength lies in architecting enterprise level systems in Restaurant and Hospitality Solutions, Call Billing Telecom Products, Financial services, CRM and Ticket Management systems. Some of its projects are mentioned below: • He has designed a complete suite of Telecom product named TeleSuite comprising of PBX Call management, Alarm System, Comparison of bills based on provider and many more utilities. • One of his great achievements was designing a Call Billing Software, converting Legacy System of IBM, to process more than 25 millions call records per month for AT&T, USA in 2002. This system is still getting used by their IVR and ARM departments of ACUS. • He has also designed remote communication solution for Student Card used in Universities in USA. System uses to communicate via TCP protocols to different Servers to activate and deactivate card services. • He has also architected Decision Support System (DSS). • He is also designed and developed Ubitix is a comprehensive event ecosystem covering online and social media marketing, ticketing processes, helpdesk and onsite services like POS terminals and kiosk solutions. Vastly used in Australia doing transactions more than $2.6 million per annum.
